Returns

Once an order has shipped, we cannot accept a return and won’t be able to exchange it for another item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Cancellations and Refunds
We can issue a refund up to fourteen (14) days after the date of purchase, as long as the shipping label hasn't been created for the order. Orders older than fourteen days will receive a store credit as long as the shipping label hasn't been created for the order.
